Welcome to our first ever ‘hog roast’ at the brewery! Lucky diners will feast on a generously sized pulled pork sandwich in a choice of bread together with all the trimmings…. apple sauce, crackling, coleslaw, salad and roast potatoes! Rather than cooking a whole beast, our local butcher (Firths of Boston Spa) will be using only the best quality shoulder joints, making sure everyone gets only the tenderest, tastiest pork! We expect this to be a very popular event, so in order for us to cater to the right numbers, tickets must be purchased in advance. Service will only be for 1.5 hours (from 5.30 pm) so it is important that you arrive on time.
