MINI CASKS
The beer in our 5 litre (8.8 pint) take-home containers is conditioned within the mini cask. It tends to be more carbonated (fizzy) compared to the hand-pulled beer we serve in our taproom. Once opened the CO2 levels will drop off quickly.
COLLECTION ONLY
SHELF LIFE
If stored in the right conditions, mini casks will last for several weeks unopened. Once opened, they will last 1 – 3 days depending on the ratio of beer to air in the cask. The less beer that has been served (and the less air in the cask) the longer the lifespan.
