Purchases & Collections
The bottle shop remains open for ‘click & collect’ and takeaway purchases. Walk-up customers are welcome during taproom opening hours. Please remember to bring your facemask and (if you’re planning buying anything on the day) a contactless payment method.
OUT OF HOURS
If you would like to make a purchase in person (or collect an order) outside of our current opening hours, we can often accommodate this if notified in advance. Simply contact us to arrange a mutually convenient time.

AVAILABILITY
We are currently accepting new bookings and re-scheduling experiences postponed because of lockdown. Dates may be subject to further change.
GROUP SIZES
There are no restrictions on group sizes (max 10 per brewing experience).
SOCIAL DISTANCING
Most of the brewing experience takes place in a large indoor space (where full social distancing measures can easily be implemented). For the parts of the experience where space is more confined, the group will be split (allowing distancing to be maintained). All guests will be asked to bring a mask and wear it in accordance with the regulations at the time. We will be encouraging regular hand washing and antibacterial hand gel will be available throughout the day.
NEW GIFT VOUCHER PURCHASES
Under normal circumstances, our brewing experience gift vouchers are valid for 12 months. We have extended this to 18 months for any purchases made whilst restrictions are in place, giving customers extra peace of mind.

If you’d like to redeem a gift voucher, please contact us to arrange a booking. We will notify you of the available dates and confirm your booking in writing.
EXPIRED VOUCHERS
Has your voucher expired during lockdown? If so, we really don’t want you to miss out on your brewing experience! We’re therefore extending all vouchers valid up to 31st Dec 2020 until the 30th October 2021. Please contact us to discuss available dates.
